Blue Pathway Internship Program

Since 2003, IBM China has hold the Blue Pathway Internship program for more than 5 years. Through generations of HR professionals' efforts and hard works, Blue Pathway Internship program has grown up and become the most famous & valuable internship program in China.

With years of development, the scope of Blue Pathway Internship program has been enlarged quickly under the guildance of IBM global strategy of recruiting young talents and workforce diversity. From tens of students interned in IBM, till now, more than 500 students from all over the country will join this program every year.

Training programs quickly developed with the growth of Blue Pathway Internship Program. Fresh Blue Institute was set up by IBM learning and early professional training programs have been offered to the Blue Pathway Interns. 3D interactive communication tools, class room trainings, executive round tables, experience sharing sessions, product briefings and mentoring programs are all available learning resources for Blue Pathway Interns.

Every year, around 60% of Blue Pathway Interns will finally get IBM offer in the year end and join IBM as regular employee next year when they graduated from school. Through months of internships before on boarding, our interns have performed excellent jobs and got their hiring managers' very positive feedbacks about our programs' training and selection quality. Now, the Blue Pathwayers are working in all Business Units and service lines within IBM China.
