The 10-week Summer Program is designed to give the participants a comparable
experience to that of a First Year Associate or Analyst.

EQUITIES engages in a broad range of activities including sales, trading, fin
ancing, prime brokerage and market-making in equity and equity-related deriva
tive securities, convertibles, options, futures, structured products, risk ma
nagement and hedging products. We also do the same for options and futures -
