To qualify, you should be:
?An honor degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
?Highly passionate with banking industry and strong international business sense;

?Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills;
?Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
?Be ready to start your career from hands-on tasks and to relocate within China on business need.
